In the unlikely event that there is an issue with our workmanship, we will come back and fix it, free of charge and at a time that suits your schedule.

One Year Onsite Warranty

With AV Integrators at your side during your project, you will find we only recommend and install products which perform at the highest standard, and are supported by manufacturers and agents who provide excellent support and warranty conditions. We do understand, however, that warranty repairs are sometimes required and we are pleased to provide our clients with a one year on-site product warranty.

With standard product warranties, the manufacturer or agent generally require the end-user to return the faulty product to them with all charges associated with the uninstalling of the product, transport and re-installation borne by the end-user client.

With one year on-site product warranty from AV Integrators, if a product becomes faulty that meets the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions, an AV Integrator Systems technician will attend the site of the faulty product, uninstall the product, send it to the manufacturer and reinstall it once repaired, up to one year from date of purchase. We want the customer to have a convenience and hassle-free experience when working with us.
